Spa Policies Continued
- Spa Baan Suerte recommends booking Spa services a minimum of
two weeks prior to your arrival to ensure greatest flexibility
in scheduling.
- The use of cell phones is prohibited in common areas.
- Gratuities are not included in pricing but may be given as a
reflection of the quality of service provided. Envelopes are provided
at the reception for your convenience or you may add them to your
bill at the end of your stay.
- Prices are subject to change.

Cancellation & Late Policy
Please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule
an appointment. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance,
guests will be charged a $25 fee for each cancelled appointment.
Should you arrive late, please understand that your treatment will
be modified to maximize your remaining time, without compromising
the next appointment.
